Electronic Rifles.

this isnt that new but have any of you seen the electronic rifles by remington?...they shoot electricity through the shell to fire it off...i was just looking a remington.com but couldnt locate the firearms.

The Remington Etronx is supposed to be a varmint rifle but I wouldn't use it for anything other than targets.

It has the advantage of a very short locktime but reliablity will always be a problem. Ammo is very hard to find and seems to be loaded too deep, I don't see why it's not like you will fire it in another factories gun.

BTW: The cutting edge forum is about knives, not new developments:D

Electronic rifles are gonna get results for some, but I don't think that the extra advantages allow a person to do much that can't already be done.
Who wants to waste time and money with the special primers needed. Not too many hunters!

I can see applications for target shooters, but for hunters in most bush conditions, I think that they're a waste.
