I'm a mod over there on Don's old site too. And I can tell all you'all (that's plural for you'all) we've NEVER talked about spaming ANYONE. the mods over there do not like spam any more than the rest of us.

Hey Squealy, was there some sort of a crash over there? I noticed that there were some huge gaps in the threads....from Jan '04 then all of a sudden they jump to Mar '04.

Yeah there was a big CRASH but it happened in December. It's just that SLOW over there sometimes. It's OK but i like this "huntin' camp" alot better.

Yeah Don died a little over a year ago. And he was something else too. I had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with him a time or two. He was a character.

Yeah...Don was a charactor! He was a gruff ol' bastard too but I offer that with respect. He sort of reminded me of some family friends that were around as I grew up so I used to enjoy reading his gruff responses...it took me back!

I recall things fell apart here for him and a few others way back when and if memory serves me correctly it all had to do with the infamous Mark Osterholt (MarkO) our past owner. There are several Mods and guests there that were here and then left back then. Some were good to have around....some were not IMO. I visited the site last night for the first time in a long while and I was quickly reminded of why my blood would boil. A few of those guys have what I would call, putting it nicely, a "mixed up" view of the world and politics! I'm surprised they play with guns when you see their political views. Sorry, too much of a "Union" mentality for me over there! :rolleyes:

That big "breakup" was a mess..once Clyde, Don and Ole lightnin..(where the hell did he wind up goin anyways?) jumped off the bandwagon..it wont long fore the rest followed. Then there wont nobody but me, Rocky and Petey left. Us sorry ole basturds..too dam hardheaded ta leave..so now ya'll gotta put up with us..:p ..well..me anyways cause them other 2 aint nowhere near as mean LOL
I caint say I've ever had a problem with any of em, cept fer Don..but he was fun to fuss with anyways. Talked to him on the phone a time er 2..e fer effort, cause he did his best.

Now that i look back, I dont really know why I aint foller suit with em. It wont cause of Mark, nor money..I reckon it was cause..I'm a "sticker". I git with one thing, and i stick with it, come hell er high water. I reckon I can say that fer petey and rocky too..ya'll are stickers :p

Yep, ole Lilred is sentimental as all git out..and it saddens me to know that Don is gone. I enjoyed fussin & feudin with him.
Now the only people I git to fuss at is TD mountain women admirer's..beatin down the doors ta git a peek at him in his pink tutu..but dont you worry none TD, I'll protect ya! :eek: :D
