I have always been a fan of Redfields from Denver. Leupold finally purchased the name so China can no longer be a factor.
Today I was seeking an affordable scope for a Mauser project, (Iron sights said my Tracker will take more than six months to fix), and just for fun (read as: lack of anything better to do today), I put Redfield in my browser bar, and the most common listing was "Redfield Evolution"
Pleasant surprise, because they are owned by Leupold after all.
I will get one to hold me until the tracker gets fixed. If it works, I will just keep it on and put the Tracker on another up and coming project.
