Hey, Rocky, are you still defying gravity in a machine that weighs as much as a dump truck?

If you are, and you have your own plane, you may want to check out some of the products put out by Sandia Aerospace. They make a fine product and they have a really *hot* office manager who I get to share my bed with!

The owner, Dennis Schmidt, is a great, hilarious guy who really knows his stuff and *will not* put out a product unless he is willing to put it in his own plane.

Mr. Schmidt was showing me a proto-type of an on-board wind calculator that had a built-in cooling fan. Jokingly, I asked if the fan was to help keep the pilot cool. Seriously, he answered, "No. What keeps the pilot cool is the propeller at the nose of the plane. And if you don't believe me, watch how much he starts sweating if that propeller stops working."

If you go the the Air Show in Osh Kosh, WI next year, take a look at some of their products. They're innovative and well worth adding to your inventory. Garmin (GPS) and The National Weather Service have contracts with Sandia Aerospace for a couple of their products...

...Do you think I might get an advertising bonus check from Sandia for ths post?
