I'm slightly embarassed that our Prime Minister would refer to the June 6, 1944 landings in Europe as the landing at Norway (not once, but twice) instead of Normandy. We are great at making fun of some of the presidental slips that occasionally occur. Maybe we should just keep quiet if we can do no better than this. Best wishes.

The soldiers from Canada fought like hell on D-Day, they did a lot of the heavy lifting and Canada should be proud of them. They had a large part in preserving the free world over this last century.

I don't figure we'll ever be able to rid ourselves of the Gun Registry as long as a Liberal is calling the shots. We've got him down to a Minority government now. His fellow Liberal MPs are understandably upset about having to follow the party line on this same sex issue. With a little luck this could be the issue to send him down that long slippery slope. That sure wouldn't break my heart, not one bit. Best wishes.
