I just compleated my armed guard training
It was a total of 80hrs, but it was time and money well spent. I shot a 238 for my certification target. I scored 100% on the writen test.
The whole 2 weeks we had security agencys recruting us at class. I have an interview with a person who makes money drops often. Hopefully, the Onondaga Co. corthouse will hury with my letter. Stating that all of my oblegations from a D.W.A.I. in 98, is clear. So I can go to Jacksonville and pay for my license. One stupid drawback is that we are limited to .38 SP with a lead bullet, or if our employer gives us premition, a 9mm with FMJ. No, we canot reload service ammo:( . Doesnt this state realize bad guys have .45's with Hydrashocks, or Corbon:confused: |
Statistics show most of the confrontations will be at Very close range to I wouldn't worry about it.
During my years in the Public Service the gun we most often have come in contact with is the 380 auto. |
