Minnesota

I'm going to Minnesota in about a week deer hunting. I have no idea what kind of terrain is out there. Anybody got any suggestions. I'm goin to the northwest part of the state for a week. Does anybody hunt up there?

you have to specify. NW MN is a transitional area. Everything from
Red River valley flat farm ground to aspen and tamarak bogs.

I'm going somewhere towards Snow Lake the lake not the city. My dad had me do a search for snow lake and I could see it on the map, it was in the northern part of the state but the search kept coming backa city farther south.

BMP,

What's the nearest town? Grand Forks, Roseau, Bemidji, Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids? It's the land o f 10,000 lakes. There may be a couple of Snow Lakes.

First time at Huntchat.
Anyway congrats on helping us knock down the anterless herd!
If you were using a rifle you must have been east of US59?
The temp at the farm this morning was -3.
Far cry from last weeks sweltering temps.:D
Nice job and come on back!
