Bear - Bear Pot Roast
Bacon, 2 slices thick cut Bear meat, 2 pounds Kosher Salt, 1 tablespoon Beer,(Budweiser) 2 bottles A-1 Steak Sauce, 1/4 cup Onion, 1 large quartered Carrot, 1 large cut into inch pieces Potatoes, 6 small red potatoes Bay leaves, 2 Cut Bacon into Six pieces Remove all fat from Bear meat (outside & seams) place into crock pot, along with Bacon, salt, beer,sugar, A-1 sauce, Cook 5 hours. Then add Vegetables, & Bay Leaves Cook another 1 hour. |
