Potatoe and Ramp Soup


butter/maragine, 1/4 cup
large ramps, 6, chopped(ramp bulb,stem & leaves)
potatoes, 4, peeled & diced
chicken broth, 4 cups
jalapeno sauce, 1 tablespoon
salt, 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper, 1 1/4 pepper
flour/2 tablespoons+ milk, 1 cup

In 3 qt, sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter/or margaine
add ramps, cook about 5 minutes, add potatoes, cook another
5 minutes, stirring constantly, add chicken broth, jalapeno sauce, salt and pepper, , over high heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low, add flour and milk mixture, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.:D
