Staci

I'D LIKE TO ASK A SPECIAL FAVOR FROM Y'ALL. TONITE WHEN YOU SAY YOUR NIGHTY- NIGHT PRAYERS, PLEASE INCLUDE MY FRIEND FROM ANOTHER FORUM, PREDATOR MASTERS, STACI MATHEIS, IN YOUR PRAYERS.

SHE WAS A SPECIAL LADY. A LOT OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS, BUT WAS ALWAYS UPBEAT AND HUMOROUS. SHE LOVED VARMINT HUNTING AND THATS WHAT SHE WAS DOING WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY. SHE WAS HUNTING IN A WILDERNESS AREA IN MISSOURI WHEN THE LORD TOOK HER FROM US.

PLEASE REMEMBER HER IN YOUR PRAYERS.

GOD NEEDED ANOTHER ANGEL TO HELP POUR OUT THE RAIN.

THANKS

BILL

duly remembered

and the next rainfall will be looked upon a bit more favorably too

sorry for your loss

thanks fiji

although i never got to meet Staci, to shake her hand or give her a big hug she was a big loss. not just to me but to mankind in general.

she had diabetes and had heart operations. i really don't know if she was varmint or turkey hunting the day she passed away. she was in a wilderness area in missouri and had a massive heart attack. she was doing what she liked to do.

i'm sure she is smiling down on all of us right now.

my brother...

Larry "Tree" Lonick, known world wide as THE morel mushroom expert passed away while doing what he loved most too.

Fitting. As a ca survivor myself, I can only hope for the same end.

Wow, just scratching through some HC forums since the wife works nights and ran over this post..Kind of hit home here. I know is kind of old but still sorry to hear about Staci and even though she was doing what she liked to do when the time came, it had to be a sad day for her....just to know that.
On the first Saturday of Pa deer season I spent the day in the woods..some deep ones at that..when I came back to the truck, I didn't get a tenth mile down the highway when the 6th heart attack found me. I made it home on a promise and a prayer but didn't make it into the house. The wife found me on the front porch..again they had to get in there and fix things..seems 2 of the bypasses from while ago are giving me problems again..so this thing of doing what you liked to be doing when the time comes....??? not sure about that now..Sure does make one think.....did make it back to the woods after Christmas to get another deer but I sure can sympathise with Staci...glad she was doing what she liked to do.
