Thousands gather to watch rodent's prediction on Groundhog Day

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. - Thousands of people gathered at Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pa., Saturday morning, as the world's most famous groundhog predicted six more weeks of winter during the town’s 122nd Groundhog Day celebration.

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, according to his handlers.

According to legend, if the rodent sees its shadow, winter weather will continue for six more weeks, if not, an early spring is ahead.

Skinny, you forgot to tell them that if he had not seen his shadow we would have had 1 1/2 months of winter. :D No matter what Phil say`s, you can fool Mother Nature. ;)
