Chrome tanning
 

A friend has been looking for information on chrome tanning a fox hide. I have looked on the net but can't come up with anything. I suggested he purchase a tan kit but he wants to try chrome tanning. Can anyone list the proper steps he needs to take right from skinning of hide to finish? Needed also is the proper mix amounts of any chemicals needed...thanks in advance.

He will need an instruction manual and chemicals. Try WASCO taxidermy supply in GA.
