RCBS Pro 2000 Auto indexing help needed
 

I need a little advice from one of you fellas that has been using this press for a while. I am having problems getting my primer stips to advance? I am fully cycling the handle and its just moving forward then back? I have pulled the primer plug so I know its not hangging up, any ideas?

This press is built like a brick outhouse, its heavier than my boat anchor! Any advice would be appreciated. Have a great weekend.
