Anyone know where I can get these varmint bullets?
 

Looking for a couple of boxes of the Hornady 55gr SPSX #2260.

According to Hornady, the "obama effect" appears to still be in full-force.
The nice lady at Hornady predicts it'll be at least September till they make these bullets again.

Have called my local gunshops and checked the Web. Nada.

Cabelas indicates they still have them

gander mountain apparently doesn't carry the sx line, and I didn't check cheaperthandirt because their supplies of reloading supplies is iffy at very best.

I had called them earlier.

I asked Hornady about the June delivery listed on several websites and was told those dates are now being pushed back to September.

Must have been the last one in the US...
Still looking for another one or two boxes.
Was trying not to hoard components but next time I'll make sure to have a few extra boxes put away.

Good thing you called, I woulda just assumed Cabelas had them. You might try hitting a few of cabelas storefronts if you have them close to you, the in store inventory is not available online.

I have the buisness card of my powder supplier at the house somewhere when I get home I will see if I can find his info, I am almost positive he had several boxes at the last gunshow in conroe.
