Gonna be Different
 

Group got together for breakfast yesterday and final packing list. New addition...Paul...has bought all,of a ex outfitters stuff...tents/camp gear/cooking gear....best of all, it is already loaded in his pickup in garage. This year, all I have to bring is sleeping bag/cot and coolers and personal stiff.

Hopefully your area isn't closed due to the fire.. Had a couple foreman out there and they had to reroute to one of my honey holes due to the fire. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Have you called the forestry to make sure you're access is open?

So far, we are good......if worse happens, we will hunt south edge of area bordering the Colorado River.....did your guys see or hear any elk?Should have staple out of forehead by then.

They did once they got to the spot I told them to go to.. They should've went there to begin with :rolleyes: They had a good trip... but I still don't have any meat in my freezer for being a good Samaritan
