Ya know, this is one of those sad instances where I dont know if it won't be worth your while.
I dont know of any commercially available liners. Which means it will need to be made. Which in turn means , yep $$$$$$$$$. I am certain they ARE out there made for gunshops, but would need to be installed by a smith. That means more shop time and more$$$
You could almost put a new gun together for the same price.
.22, while my favorite round of all time, is not very "cool" any more and hasn't been for some time. I had to do my own in order to get it done at ALL!!! That being said, this is only limited to my experience and geography. I will ceratinly keep my eyes and ears opened.
I would say to cut my losses and try again. Sadly. We have become far too "disposable" in our ways here in the good ol' US of A. If you choose to undertake this project, I applaud youfor going "against the grain" and conventional wisdom that says newer and less expensinve is better.
Does the gun shoot other rounds accurately? What is the current rate of twist?
