they bought heavy barreld rifles. ?? i wasnt sure they were out yet.
ive had few out of box 700shooters, actualy everyonme ive ever handled has done me well. i guess thats only 3 two are new within the last 2 years, the 3rd was made in the 80s and shoots with the best of them, all these rifles have had triggers slicked up and nothing more. id call these great guns
i apprecitat your response on remingtons rimfire. maybe they let the qualitly go when blding this thing. i dont think ill be trying one. partly due to if it doesnt shoot im outa luck. where i can rebarrel a 77/22 or 77/17 for alittle over 100bucks.
from what ive seen from owning a few ruger 77/17s is that they are shooters out of the box, ive had both the walnut version and vt in 17hmr. i think this is the only safe way to go.
