Better 'splain a few things I guess
Don't want people getting the wrong impression ya know!
The main 2 reasons I want to sell my Sako 25.06
1. Hasn't fired a round in over 2 years.(I want sumthin' I am gonna use!)
2. Is a right handed bolt action rifle(I am a left handed person!)
That makes it awkward to shoot, especially when I can get a Lever action, or falling block single shot(Which is what I want!!)
My asking price on the Sako is $800
Rough look around here put the Model 29 at about $650ish.
He is also throwing in the Hard sided case, shoulder holster, leather hip holster, dies, brass, and around 1000 rounds of loaded ammo. (I think this is what he said he had for loaded ammo)
This is also for a friend, he really wants a 25.06(BADLY!!)but cant afford to rake over any cash
I am also very poor
And the only way I could afford to build up my 10/22 is if I sell something to finance it
I don't foresee myself hunting anything bigger than gopher for the next 5 or so years anyways. And even if I did, my wife has a lovely .270, and my bro in law a has a few guns he has said he would happily lend me
I am also primarily a varmint hunter(Coyotes!!!)so want something that is a bit better suited to them types of critters. (.222, .223, .22-250, .220 swift....you get the pic
)
The handgun is more going to be used for future bartering anyways
I don't have much use for it......I think a fellow I know might buy the 29 from me, and that would be perfect for all involved!!
