Like Tox said, you need a P.A.L. with "Restricted" privilege(Which I have)

You have to get a permit to take the gun anywhere from your house, such as to an approved gun range,
or a private gun range on private property.(Tho even at that, it's a "don't ask, don't tell" type of thing...)
Pretty bloody sad if you ask me.
