I got engaged on my 19th. birthday, or as I like to think of it now, I went into debt on that day for the engagement ring. I haven't got out of debt since, and I'm now 68 years old. She remarried when ours went sour after about 10 years. Unfortunately she passed away a couple of years ago. I smiled when at the funeral home I noticed she still had that ring on her finger when she was buried. Maybe I wasn't so bad after all. Hope your birthday is pleasant and best wishes.
