My Lord, you have a bunch of bad news this morning with this post, the one about Moose, and the one about AARP. Granted, I think the post about Moose is worse than the dogs, and the dogs are worse than AARP. If I am not mistaken, the maximum liability for any animal is $2,500, so don't pay more than that, unless of course you would want to do the right thing. That would be the attorney in me.
Am I correct in assuming that you got rid of the dogs because of this incident? I don't know if I could get rid of Nitro just because he got into a fight with another dog. He has been really good with other dogs, but I guess he could always get into it with one of them for some reason.
I am truly sorry to hear about this incident and of Moose's passing. If it were still goose season, I'd invite you for a hunt. Then again, the way my hunting season has been going you might have another bad thing to post about.
