Question Cryogenically Accurized barrel on a muzzleloader?

I asked this same question in the rifles post but would also like to know about them in muzzleloaders as I noticed Knight Rifles advertises one.

Cryogenically Accurized barrel. Is there anything to this? Does it really make any difference and if so what are the advantages/disadvatages?

Here is the ad and I am going to attempt to attach two photos of the gun.

The Knight Master Hunter DISC Extreme has always been recognized as the ultimate in muzzle loading rifles. It just got better! The Master Hunter is the only muzzle loader to boast a Cryogenically Accurized barrel. This freezing/heating process properly aligns the molecules in metal, which, in turn relieves stress and results in a more accurate, longer lasting and easier-to-clean muzzle loader rifle.

Thanks,
Wes
