Stock design makes a big difference, had an Interarms with a lot of drop that would rattle your teeth. May be just me but seems that there is less felt recoil with the composit stocks. .270 is a fine round but there are others that you might prefer if recoil is an issue. 7X57, 7mm08 etc. Anyone you know got a .270? Most folks will be happy to let you shoot a couple of rounds from one. Thats the only way to be sure that you will be happy with it.
