Depending on how "tight" your old dies are, you might have to go to a Small Base Die for the BAR. Browning chambers are noted for being tight (it adds to accuracy) but sometimes a regular sizer won't bring fired cases down enough to chamber in a BAR or BLT. That's especially true if they were fired in another gun.
I'd be looking at one of two bullets for 'yotes: either the Hornady 75 VMax or the Nosler 85 Ballistic Tip. Neither one will leave much fur, though. Load these to 3400 or so - under max.
For deer, the Nosler 115 Ballistic Tip is the best for the 25-06, although any standard 120 softpoint will work almost as well as a bullet is supposed to. Any accurate load that drives them 3000 to 3200 will do fine.
