Redding just bought the rights to the Imperial line. They'll probably be calling it Redding Wax or something. But a Google search should bring you several sources.
338, there are two kinds of stuck case removers. One of them works just as you described. The problem is that not all sizer dies allow you to remove the decapper stem from the top. The second type of case remover tackles that kind of die.
With that style, you drill out and tap the primer pocket, then use a bolt and a special spacer to unscrew the stuck case. It'll work on both types of sizer die, BTW. In an emergency, a guy with a good tool chest could cobble up one of these. A drill bit, a thread tap, large washer and a big nut or nut socket would work.
