I think thats a great display,
But it looks to me on the closer picture that that is not paint. Its a real flag tacked to the roof. You can see the wrinkles around the stars and there appears to be a slight looseness along the top edge.
As I said, I think that is a great display, and I'm supprised it hasn't been done all over the country.
