I have several Sightron scopes, and I love them. I prefer the SII's over the Leupold VXII's. I didn't really like the SI sightron though. As far as there customer service, it is great. I have not had to use their warranty yet, but it is better than any other scope warranty I have heard of. The place I bought a few of mine said that if it ever breaks, bring it back in and they will do a one for one exchange on the spot for a new one, this way I wouldn't have to mess with sending it in etc. like most manufactures.
