That's a reasonable price as they can be had brand new for another $50.

If something were to go wrong with it I don't think you would ever have any issue with them repairing it at n/c. I haven't on the used scope I bought and sent in for a reticle repair.

Yes you can have a reticle changed but it will cost you probably around $100 bucks. There is a place on Leupold's site that will allow you to see what reticles are available for each model and how much it will cost. I'll have to look it up again though.
