I first of all believe it is good sense and no such thing as common sense....and you all have to realize there is ADD going on with this young generation now......an excuse?...Heck where I came from, we got the attention getter on the behind and therefore there was no such thing as lack of attention....oh yea..it got our attention....yea for sure we needed some rules for abuse of the little ones....(I had an uncle that used a dog chain on his kids till my mother got hold of him..)....now that is abuse....but we need to bring back the paddle in front of the class..(embarressing)...would do more than hurt the butt..
