My own experience with the .25-06 and it is somewhat limited is that the slower powders like Rel-19, IMR4350 and 4831 work best with the heavier bullets, 100grs. and larger, and powders like IMR4064 and IMR4895 do better in the lighter bullets. At least this is true with my rifle. Best wishes.
