			I always try Winchester brass first, and only go to another brand if I have to.   
 
In the "have to" list are reasons such as: 
 
Winchester doesn't make it. 
 
Winchester only makes it every x years. 
 
I can't find it in Winchester. 
 
Somebody gives me 500 pieces of some other brand.  
 
 
 
I have yet to actually "need" the much higher quality of Lapua or Norma brass.  Unless you are willing to do the time-consuming and work-intensive steps to prepare cases to benchrest standards (AND unless your gun is capable of requiring it!), then match-grade brass is a waste of money.
