My bows IBO is 331fps my set up is 27" 71# with a 369 gr arrow and am only getting 277fps. My bow was the 5th fastest bow built in 2004 according to a Test done by an archery magazine.
What type of setup do you have to get 290fps? did you mean 190fps? my old Hoyt at 68# with the same draw and a 335gr arrow at best was 210fps
