I was getting those velocities with 200 Gr bullets, but not 250's with RL-22. The load was very similar to what you posted. My 250's were punching around 2350-2500.
Of course, that was a Browning A-Bolt CS, so were probably talking like a 23-24" barrel or so?
I suppose if you have a 26" barrel and a different twist then you could be getting those velocities easily?
I could never get that RL powder to shoot out of my gun though. H4350 always work best out of it, but I don't have to worry about it anymore. It's been replaced with my 7 RUM
