during all this Katrina mess...my eyes got opened pretty big...its time to take the bull by the horns everyone....Me, I am good at stirring a pot....I hope most of you will also in your towns and cities.....I am gonna nail my city officials balls to the wall and find out what the plan is in a worst case scenario....all of it...hey I'll give the sex offenders a break.....
