Wasn't that sold under the name of Black Canyon several years ago? I tried it then since it said would not foul and easy to clean. It was extremely course, large uneven granules, did not seem to measure 1 to 1 and performance at that time was terrable. But then again I was useing a TC Hawken with buffalo balls. But it did the job when everything went right. Ie deer and no rain.
To make it short I think I will stick with the pyrodex pellets, or go to a Savage ml10 and shoot smokeless, especially if I want easier clean up and less fouling.
