Sounds like you pulled the neck and shoulder forward when re-sizing on the withdrawl stroke. I had this happen with some 6.5x55 Swede cases, turned out to be a faulty die after weeks of hassle trying to figure out exactly what was going on. the shop exchanged the dies and problem solved
