Correct. The CT is the Combined Technolgy and it's the standard Ballistic Tip...just coated.

As for that quote, I'm not sure what you mean. I'm just quoting my real world experience with my rifles which can differ greatly from another rifle and/or ammunition.
Still, I find it useful to know that you
really need to find out for yourself what happens out of your rifle and not take a whole lot of stock on what it says on the ammo box........
