Sorry for the lack of info was in a rush.
They are once fired brass from that same rifle.
I did set the die up to instructions of touch plus 1/8 turn.
It is a RCBS full length die set.
I dont think he lubed the inside of the neck. It didnt look like he was having to try hard to get the cases in and out. How hard does it need to drag to pull the shoulder out?
Also from the dry erase marks it looks like it is hitting where the case starts to taper from the full case diameter not where the neck begins to hold the bullet.
