My dog s LOVE to go. Even just going to the cabin is a treat even when we don't go hunting. Camp is GREAT fun.
Cooper never stops hunting if he is outside. On the porch or in the yard, he's always looking for birds or squirrels or rabbits. He'll sight point pigeons thru the windshield.
My ole GSP Lucy, could recognise bird cover. SHe'd ride pretty good till the cover started looking like birds.
Something that amazes me is that they know that a pointed gun is BAD. Mine do. If you point a gun at them while cleaning or while it's disassembled... they back out of the room.
Dogs are my favorite animal... I like them better than people for the most part.
