Dell makes good computers, but their customer service is the absolute worst. Complaints about their customer service are popping up on the blogs, and other places on the web.
We recently had a problem with a Dell laptop in our company, and got a follow-up questionnaire on how satisfied we were with the customer service. The answer: We liked our Dell fine until we had to deal with your customer service. Now, we will never buy another one.
