Is that a slug barrel that you have on the T/C, or are you guys allowed to use rifles now? I read a letter from DNR that crop damage holders would be able to use their weapon of choice, regardless of which weapon season was in, but I didn't know that we could use rifles even where they are prohibited by local ordinance. If that is the case, I am going to break out the rifle over the next month and shoot some of the big ones down here where we have crop damage permits, if they still have antlers on them. Only problem being that we can only shoot does with those crop damage permits.
Then again, maybe you were using your muzzleloader barrel, but the crown of that barrel looks way too small for a muzzleloader and I can't see the ramrod either.
