My Nephews Jr High school "Bendle schools" in Burton, started a Skeet team last year. There must be a few schools doing this as they went to the "nationals"last spring. There were a couple kids who did well but the team on whole just had a good time. Not bad though for a spankin` new team.
They just reformed this years team, they only shoot in the spring term, and even have a girl or two on it this time. My brother claims they even earn a school "letter" for it.
As far as I`m concerned they should do something with the shooting sports in every school system.
