The marks on the case head and difficult extraction are both signs of severely excessive pressure in your loads.
Definitely stop shooting them until you find out what the problem is.
Billy D's idea of pulling the bullets and measuring the charges will tell you if you have the correct amount of powder in your loads........ wouldn't tell you if you put the wrong powder in , though.
But, I would suggest taking the rifle, the fired cases, and your reloads to a gunsmith and have him go over it.
