The only way i could see someone actually reloading rimfires, was if they were doing .44henry or similar cartridges for authentcity reasons.
if that were the case, there's equipment and good info to be had by those who associate with it.
as for .22 LR, or .22mag, fo rthe price there is no reason to do it, and when you tie into that the saftey issue, it's really not worth it for sure.
