I heard a guy who insisited that the fat on his meat caused it to taste gamier out of his freezer than leaner cuts from the same deer also out of his freezer. I guess I could see a little truth in that. Fat cells contain a lot of impurities. What do you say? Alos, if you cut off thr ribs where they meet the spinal column are you still safe safe from CWD?
