I've owned 6 Muellers to date (still have 4 of them), and haven't had the first problem. The glass is better than most anything else in the same price range, and I've yet to have a zero issue.
The only complaint I'd list would be in regard to eye relief on the higher magnification models. They get pretty sensitive when you crank up the zoom, but that's a common problem on low priced optics.
