Val You are making me hungry!!!
I haven't had bread pudding since my mom died 14 years ago. She never used any of the fancy breads but I can see they would make bread puddin all the better.
Fact is there are alot of moms good old cooking I haven't had in a long time. I do make her liver dumplings every once in a while for my kids and nephews. I have to save some aside or I don't get any.
