I suggest you file formal complaints with:
1. Gun Broker
2. Better Business Bureau of Orlando
3. Florida Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division.
I never buy a gun I cannot handle and inspect BEFORE purchase. Email assurances are somewhat useful only if one has a one-holer out back the house.
