Know what you mean. The first (and only) BSA I ever owned worked fine all year until I got to deer camp. First morning, went to crank up the scope, crosshairs went from a T to an X.
Started shopping around, and found a Burris Fullfield II online for $170 (they still have this deal at Natchez for those of you interested). The bottom of the line as far as I'm concerned is Bushnell, so far so good with all of those I've bought/used.
