It'd probably work fine. Have your gunsmith see if there isn't a problem with the 32 Win being too long. It would be a feed limitation. The round will have to be short enough to slide down the curved upper surface of the bolt and still enter the chamber. If it's too long, it might jam while trying to "go around the corner".

Most Martini cadets are rechambered to .32-20 for that reason. It's shorter and narrower.
